We seek to lean into the Lord to hear from Him for the direction of our ministry. Besides praying regularly in our faculty discipleship groups, we meet weekly to praise and worship God, to intercede for our departments, our campus, our nation and the world.
Three-day Fast and Prayer to kick-off the fall semester: January 9-11, 2026
It’s our practice to kick-off a new semester with a three-day fast and prayer. You’re invited to participate, if you’re able to. To access helpful tips for how to go about doing a fast, go to: guidelines for fasting.
To follow up the fast we will have a prayer walk on campus on Wednesday, January 14 at 7:00 am
The start point is at the SW corner of Museum Rd. and Center Drive, walk South and around Malachowsky Hall, then North and over past the Reitz Union and back toward our starting point. When we arrive at the starting point, we can head over to Rinker Hall for closing prayer.
Weekly prayer times are:
- Tuesdays from 7:15 am to 8:00 am via Zoom (Prayer Leader: Dorian Rose dkrose@phhp.ufl.edu)
- Thursdays from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm via Zoom (Prayer Leader: Steve Sargent sasa@ufl.edu)
- Fridays from 7:00 am to 8:00 am via Zoom to pray for revival (Prayer Leader: Connor Alley cnickels@ufl.edu)
