We seek to lean into the Lord to hear from Him for the direction of our ministry. Besides praying regularly in our faculty discipleship groups, we meet weekly to praise and worship God, to intercede for our departments, our campus, our nation and the world.
Three-day Fast and Prayer to kick-off the fall semester: January 3-5, 2025
It’s our practice to kick-off a new semester with a three-day fast and prayer. You’re invited to participate, if you’re able to. To access helpful tips for how to go about doing a fast, go to: guidelines for fasting.
To follow up the fast we will have a prayer walk on campus on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 7:00 am
We will meet at the intersection of Union Rd. and Newell Drive (Plaza of the Americas area). 
We can then head West and South, then back on McCarty and North on Newell. If the room is free, we can stop at the Rinker Hall room by the front entrance to close out in prayer.
Weekly prayer times are:
- Tuesdays from 7:15 am to 8:00 am via Zoom (Prayer Leader: Dorian Rose dkrose@phhp.ufl.edu)
- Thursdays from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm via Zoom (Prayer Leader: Steve Sargent sasa@ufl.edu)
- Fridays from 7:30 am to 8:00 am via Zoom for the College of Nursing (Prayer Leader: Anita Stephen astephen@ufl.edu)
